Lauren Griffiths

Lauren is an ACC Certified Coach with the International Coaching
Federation. She is also a Strengths and StandOut
coach via The Marcus Buckingham Company. Lauren earned her BA in Rhetoric & Communications from SUNY Albany and an MS in Strategic Communications from Columbia University.


Lauren’s portfolio of engagements runs the gamut of 1:1 professional coaching, personality assessment reviews, 360 feedback, small circle leader connection meetings, to large-scale leadership programming where she’s building content and facilitating discussion to create stronger leaders. Lauren also has helping early-in-career individuals with building their resumes, networks, interview skills and confidence!

Lauren has 20 years of experience in human resources and is currently an HR Director for a growing technology firm.
