WHY COACHING?
Individuals are often so close to their own situation, so wrapped up in their own patterns and behaviors, that they’re unable to see the truth accurately or explore possibilities. Coaches act as a springboard for creativity and new perspectives.

Leadership Coaching
Leadership Coaching (aka Executive Coaching or Professional Coaching) is the conscious and intentional process of uncovering insights about yourself and your situation that illuminate a new path forward for you.
So what does this mean?
If you are a professional who is feeling stuck in some way (ie. “I am no longer excited about my job,” “I can’t get promoted,” “I am struggling with my team,” “I can’t say no or set boundaries,” etc. etc. etc. ) – coaching will help you!
Why and how?
Individuals are often so close to their own situation, so wrapped up in their own patterns and behaviors, that they’re unable to see the truth accurately or explore possibilities. Coaches act as a springboard for creativity and new perspectives.
A Coaching Story
“Cindy, a Technical Lead at a leading bank, reached out to me because she was struggling to maintain her attention during meetings. Through coaching, she uncovered that the issue was not her attention span or boring meetings without an agenda. Rather, the problem was that her new boss was not holding her accountable, and that made her complacent. Cindy also realized that her checked-out behavior could hurt her chances of a promotion. Once these new insights emerged, Cindy worked with me to commit to action.” -Lauren Griffiths
